Banana Pancakes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup banana powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter (for cooking) 

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine banana powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups banana powder
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together banana powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve, and enjoy the delicious aroma of freshly baked banana bread!

 


Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons banana powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine banana powder, frozen bananas, milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
