Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Butter (for cooking)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine banana powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups banana powder
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together banana powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve, and enjoy the delicious aroma of freshly baked banana bread!
Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons banana powder
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup milk or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine banana powder, frozen bananas, milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
